The PHA local hub in Coventry provides an integrated approach to preventative health care including natural / conventional therapies and treatments. We believe that if we take a proactive stance to health it may result in less need for NHS services.

I enjoyed a wonderful Reflexology treatment by Tracey at the Hub, amazed at her discovery of what issues I have with no prompting from me! I will certainly be continuing treatment and would recommend it to everyone. I am so grateful that the Hub exists and would urge folks to support it since we cannot rely on the NHS anymore.
Thank you for an incredible Reflexology session today @TeacherTrace 🙌. I was fascinated how you managed to pick up those niggling heath complaints that have been troubling me for a while just through working on my feet! I can’t tell you how much lighter I feel this evening. It was an incredibly relaxing experience and I definately felt some profound energy shifts and tension releases during the session. My first experience of Reiki with with Ceclia felt very special. Cecilia made me feel very comfortable as she did her healing work. I left feeling super relaxed and lifted. I look forward to visiting the Hub again soon and trying out more healing treatments there.
